Largest Job Network

I have a small business and needed to find an employee, and my friend was seeking for a job. Once we met in a bar and talked much about that curious thing – so many people are seeking for a job and so many employers are seeking for employees, but it is a rare case when they can easily find each other. Two days later navigating the net I found an interesting website – Hiring.Monster.ca. I posted a job here and was surprised to find resumes of nearly a crowd of professionals that fit my requirements. Overall, I should say, this site is very easy to navigate – it is well-structured and convenient. You can post here a single job or a bulk, if you need to hire some specialists. If you then need to change something in your job postings, you may easily do it using the option “manage job postings”.

Besides, I found here lots of useful information and articles about recruitment, read their labour market review and case studies. It was really helpful for me because I do not have HR department and need to manage my team by myself, so I never miss a chance to find out something new and interesting in the sphere of team building.

In future I’m going to participate in their web seminars; they have to propose both public and private ones. One of my acquaintances said he had and found it really interesting and helpful. They are conducted by highly skilled professionals.

Keeping in mind my friend’s problem, I reviewed Monster page for job seekers and told my friend about it: there one can find vacancies from reputable companies both home and abroad, receive career advice and help in resume writing.

Happy to say that both my friend and me achieved our goals with Monsters – I have found a qualified professional for my business, and my friend has found an interesting and highly paid job!
